At times, life can be overwhelming and downright messy. Together, you and I will work in a collaborative partnership to help you navigate your way through life’s trials and triumphs. Therapy is an invitation to explore our experiences in a supportive environment that fosters self-awareness. A respectful and intentional therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst for growthand change. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from
various methods to create a tailored approach for each person. My style is warm, genuine, curious, and direct. I strive to provide an environment free of judgment and meet you where you are in your journey.

My name is Rhiannon, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. In my previous experience before becoming a therapist, I was a medic in the United States Army for over ten years. I have more than 15 years of medical and mental health experience working with children, families, adults, caregivers, active duty, and Veterans. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from
Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from The University of Texas, at Austin. My therapeutic specialties include Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use, and Grief. I primarily utilize Trauma Focused, Attachment-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Grief Counseling. I look forward to meeting you and working towards your goals.
