I grew up here in Austin, but travelled a lot before going back to school later in life to get a bachelors degree in psychology from St. Edwards University. Soon after that, I went for my masters in clinical social work from the University of Texas. 

I have taught yoga to both adults and children and have worked in schools, hospital care, and with individuals seeking asylum. 

I am a single mother to a 13 year old girl. We love to travel together especially to the beach and enjoy snorkeling, diving and camping. Adventure seekers!

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to tell your story, and to find new tools and ways of coping. I work with humans 12 years and up. I serve regardless of race, sexual orientation, or gender. 

I specialize in working with individuals that have experienced/ are experiencing grief and loss, trauma, divorce, aging, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues.
