Walk and Talk Therapy
I believe in helping and treating individuals along their healing journey in a collaborative manner with unconditional regard, compassion and kindness. I graduated from St. Edward’s University with a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2016. Prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, I practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist and as a massage therapy educator for 17 years. My interest in helping individuals achieve wholeness and well-being, has led to my transition as a mental health professional. I have experience working with individuals of all walks of life with a wide range of presenting problems and struggles. I am bilingual and can provide counseling services in English and Spanish for adults, adolescents, couples and groups using various evidence based modalities including EMDR, CBT, and Mindfulness. Self-care is something I strongly advocate for and will encourage in your healing journey. For my own self-care, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends and pets. I also enjoy exploring the beautiful hill country and going on amazing adventures.
