Helping You Find Confidence, Connection, and Peace Through Every Stage of Life.

A Bouquet.__The taste for overcrowded fl

Does this sound familiar?

You feel stuck in the same patterns, even though you've tried everything you know to move forward.

You've been surviving for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly enjoy life.

You're overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or constant overthinking, and your mind rarely feels at peace.

You're navigating a major life change and feel uncertain about who you are or what comes next.

You carry so much responsibility that it feels like there's never room for your own needs.

You want healthier relationships but keep finding yourself caught in the same conflicts, misunderstandings, or unhealthy patterns.

You're tired of just getting through the day and are ready to start living with intention and hope.

You want a therapist who recognizes that living with a disability affects emotional well-being, relationships, work, and daily life—not just your physical health.

You're still waiting for a therapist who sees your Deafness as a culture — not a condition to fix?

You're exhausted from trying to adjust to a life you never asked for.

You're tired of pretending you're okay when, underneath it all, you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or alone.

You're wondering if ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodivergence could explain experiences you've had your whole life.

You want a therapist who understands that being Deaf shapes the way you see the world — and respects that.

You feel like you're grieving a life you knew — and can't find a therapist willing to meet you where you are, in the way you actually communicate.

Life Doesn't Have to Feel This Hard.

Let's Navigate It Together.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, adjusting to a disability, or exploring your neurodivergent identity, therapy can provide the support and tools to help you move forward.

I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Together, we'll work to better understand the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to help you heal, grow, and build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker offering therapy for all of life’s hills and valleys. I graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with my Masters in Social Work, which I completed following my Bachelors in Social Work from Gallaudet University. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, with challenges from learning to adapt to life as a newly disabled/chronically-ill person, to post-partum depression, to grief and loss, and other major pivot-points in life. I value seeing the whole human, and setting goals as a team with your unique strengths and barriers in mind. Outside of work I travel full-time in my RV named Mabel with my wife and our cat, enjoying the beautiful diversity of the country we live in. I hope we can begin a journey together to explore the path you’d like to see yourself pursue.

Our work together

Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that fit your unique strengths and needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, disability, neurodivergence, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I'll meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and encouragement. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Navigating the overwhelm

When life feels like it's coming at you from every direction, it can be hard to know where to start. You may be juggling work, family, relationships, health concerns, or unexpected changes while trying to hold everything together. Over time, the stress can leave you feeling emotionally drained, anxious, disconnected, or like you're constantly running on empty. You don't have to carry that weight alone. Together, we'll create space to slow down, understand what's contributing to your overwhelm, and develop practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and in control. Therapy can help you move from simply getting through each day to feeling more present, confident, and connected to the life you want to live.

Thriving through change

Life is full of change, and even positive transitions can feel overwhelming. Whether you're starting a new career, ending a relationship, becoming a parent, adjusting to a disability or medical diagnosis, moving, grieving a loss, or simply entering a new season of life, it's normal to feel uncertain, anxious, or like the ground beneath you has shifted. You don't have to navigate these changes on your own. Together, we'll process what you're experiencing, explore the emotions that come with change, and build the confidence and resilience to move forward. Therapy can help you find clarity, adapt to life's transitions, and embrace what's next with greater peace and purpose.

Adapting, Growing, and Thriving

Living with a disability, chronic illness, or long-term health condition can affect every part of your life—not just your physical well-being. You may be adjusting to a new diagnosis, grieving changes in your abilities, navigating accessibility challenges, or feeling frustrated by how often you have to advocate for yourself. At times, it can feel isolating, overwhelming, or as though others don't fully understand what you're experiencing. You deserve a space where your experiences are heard and validated. Together, we'll explore the emotional impact of living with a disability while focusing on your strengths, values, and goals. Therapy can help you process change, build resilience, strengthen your self-advocacy, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling on your own terms.

Building Healthy Relationships

Healthy relationships can bring connection, joy, and a sense of belonging—but they can also be one of life's greatest sources of stress. Whether you're navigating communication challenges, conflict, family dynamics, dating, identity, coming out, or relationship transitions, you deserve a space where your experiences are respected and affirmed. For many LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, relationships can also be shaped by unique experiences such as navigating acceptance, setting boundaries, or balancing authenticity with the expectations of others. Together, we'll explore the patterns, challenges, and strengths within your relationships while helping you communicate more openly, build deeper connections, and feel more confident being your authentic self. My goal is to provide an affirming, inclusive space where you can strengthen your relationships, honor your identity, and create connections that support your well-being.

Healing through traditional talk therapy

Sometimes the most powerful step toward change is having a safe place to talk. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, processing difficult experiences, navigating relationships, adjusting to life changes, or trying to better understand yourself, talk therapy provides a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive, affirming environment where you can feel heard without judgment. We'll work to identify patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. My goal is to help you gain insight, foster self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Healing through trauma-informed care

Trauma leaves its mark on both the mind and the body, and healing requires understanding, patience, and safety. Trauma-informed care is a way of approaching therapy that prioritizes your well-being, ensures you feel safe, and meets you exactly where you are. In trauma-informed therapy, we recognize how past experiences can continue to affect your thoughts, feelings, and daily life. Together, we create a supportive environment that honors your experiences and allows you to process them without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. Through trauma-informed care, we will: Move at your pace so you always feel safe and in control. Honor your experiences and validate the emotions that come with them. Understand your body’s responses to stress and trauma, providing insight and clarity. Build coping tools to manage anxiety, flashbacks, or difficult memories. Support long-term healing by integrating your experiences into your life in a way that restores balance, confidence, and connection. This approach doesn’t just focus on what happened — it focuses on you, your resilience, and the tools you need to feel grounded, supported, and empowered in your daily life.
